Joe is amazing! From day one; he was helpful, quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and all around great to work with throughout the purchase of our home and after. We bought a house that needed a fair amount of work and Joe helped us organize multiple quotes for each project and probably made more trips to the house than we did during the due diligence period.
